Our Story
Brandywine Restaurant is a family-run Italian restaurant rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and uncompromising standards. Founded in 1984, Brandywine reflects generations of Italian cooking passed down from Calabria, Italy—where food is prepared with patience, pride, and respect for ingredients.
Chef Joe Carracciolo grew up in the kitchen under the watchful guidance of his father, Louis. Every sauce, cut, and preparation reflects the philosophy instilled in him early on: shortcuts lead to long delays. The result is Italian food done right—classic recipes prepared the proper way, with consistency you can taste.
The restaurant itself is warm and intimate, featuring hand-built woodwork, grapevine décor, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels timeless. Whether you’re here for a quiet dinner or a family celebration, you’re dining in a place where tradition still matters.
